About Sumithra
I'm Sumithra Ravishankar — a therapist, life coach, and healer with over five years of experience walking alongside individuals through some of life's most tender and transformative moments. My work is grounded in a simple but profound conviction: that every person already holds the seeds of their own healing.
My training spans Counselling Psychology, somatic healing, shadow work, and Vipassana-informed mindfulness. I am deeply influenced by the work of Peter Levine, Gabor Maté, and John Bradshaw — thinkers who understood that healing is not just a mental process but a whole-body, whole-person journey.
I work with adults in Bengaluru and internationally, both online and in-person. Whether you are navigating anxiety, grief, chronic stress, relationship challenges, or a quieter but persistent sense that something in your life isn't aligned — I offer a space that is warm, honest, and entirely free of judgment.
